Idea: show to our target the basic information about our company and how is the price for the cases.
Concept: It just depend on our idea to define our concept.
1.  show the detail company information such as  the company  functions ,culture and history.
2.show to our target group that they will get cheap price once they choice our company by some discount activities.
3.show the contact information that make our target group contact us in a easy way.

Message: the message we define is  clean and concessional service  for you ,make you fell much satisfactory and save your money .
 There is too much health control for some offer service  place like restaurant, beer bar, coffee bar etc from Danish government .Thus the most important for us is to talk to our target group that they have   guarantee  cleaning  from  our company, meantime,  compare to other cleaning companies,is it also cheap price from our company so they save theirs money as well once they choice our company.
Slogan: depend on our message,we got our slogan is  QH service shining your place save your notecase.  
It just base on the message and make it in short and strong words to make sense with our target group and let them interested in our company.

The social media

From the research about  the facebook, we know that a lot of business man  in Denmark use Facebook as their's conmunication tool, and many of them would like use it for commercialize, So them would like our idea about QH service and expect to ask us for the cleaning.

As we making website to promote the QH service about cleaning for some food offer and office place, we have decided to use Facebook as a social media platform, as Facebook is one the social platforms which is being used by most of business man in Denmark , and we knew it will be easy to attract them and ask us for cleaning.

How do we make a website to promote cleaning service from QH service  and use website media platform expand the target group?

In order to answer this question we are focusing on businessmen  in Denmark.

The target group

Before we do the design part,we have to make sure the target group for our project.
 QH service company' functions defines our target group should be the manage man for  basically. for us, we just have to make sure which kind businessmen is easy for us to promote our company.  Thus we do a simple research that  ask 10 people who works in the different offices, restaurants, hotels bars and theirs private houses.
the question is like this: 
    would you like the professional people take care you office/restaurant/hotels/ bar/houses?
depend on the answer ,we know that over 78 percent manage man would like the cleaning company take care theirs office ,restaurant and the bar.
Therefore we decided our target group is the businessmen who works in the offices, restaurants and bars.

Vision,mission, objective goal

Visions: Our vision is to create a website to help QH service company to promote their company.

Mission:

• To make our product be accepted the market by our target groups.
• To create the professional and advertising website
• To establish social network to communicate with our target group.

Objective Goals: More and more business man find  and ask QH service cleaning company to clean theirs places.Then QH service expend more and more  bigger market. 

It is very important for us to do the brainstorming and  more and more analysis about company and the website design after we have chosen the project method, it is also necessary for the project, so first analysis the Segmentation for target group,  Swot,Pest and 4Ps will be introduced by following section, then analyze the   AIDA process as well.   

The company

In the begging we have to analysis our internship company to make us know more about the company is more easy for us to do the project.
The QH service is a small company that is  built up on 2008 and with few staffs . The name of the company  is short of the owners  name  Quan and Huong. The company service the cleaning about office restaurant and pub  . They only have a  stable customer - a  Hereford beefstouw,it is a big danish beef steakhouse in Denmark. Except this restaurant ,they have no more customers. the company want to find  more long-term basis or short-term basis customers.

Find the company and took the agreement

It is so happy that  i found the internship company and took our agreement.
It is a cleaning  company called QH service and be set up on 2008.The company just has few and stable customers,hence is so nessary for up to help them about  market to expand their's bussine.
It means we have to work had about the market analysis and make the suitable strategy.

The learning outcomes

For this internship, i have to focus on my learning goal to improve myself.
I want to develop my marketing manage abilities on the project . And i am going to put into effect it through the deep market research and  analyse  make the suitable plans and decisions to help the company promote themselves.

star the internship

We got our internship and perspective information on 4th semester that we are given the opportunity  to profile your education with our internship and the subject for the exam  project .
By the end of our internship we must :

1. Pass the internship test
2. Hand in our synopsis

the internship period is from 16th January-23th March  and the test time is 22-23.03.
the synopsis writing  is from 26th March til final exam.

It is the begining of 4.semester,we look forward to enjoy it at all.
