How do we get businessman’ attention?
By generating an emotion and setting up a situation.
The company information can be powerful tools for grabbing attention, for example, we update our research of the project in our social media like facebook and other media for our target group, we sent our cleaning service information such as what we do in this company and which kind of places we can offer the professional cleaning.
The images can be relevant to the company post or the advertisement in news paper, so we will use the images and money to appeal to the businessmen get the message of our company.

4Ps analysis


4Ps theory is the basis of sales strategy. From the simple analysis to understand the meaning of 4Ps, there are product, price, place and promotion.

Product:The product element of marketing mix refers to characteristics of   product,service or brand.
Our website not provides the really products , we provide the cleaning service  for  beer/coffee bar,office, restaurant, etc. from QH service in Denmark.It has the great guarantee in quality and efficiency by the  cleaner  who get the professional cleaning classes already.
Price:The price element of marketing mix refers to an organization’s pricing policies which is used to define pricing model and of course to set prices for the products and services.
The price of our cleaning service is lower than other competitor companies about 30 percent  because of simple and young staff who are under 17years old. The half price payment means more money the company save.
Place:The place element of the marketing mix refers to how the product is distributed to customers.
The company is stay in Denmark and service for the customers in Denmark as well, meantime,people can find QH service company in our website as well once they need the cleaning help.
Promotion:The promotion element of the marketing mix refers to how marketing communications are used to inform customers and other stakeholders about an organization and its products.
Every company wants to attract customers, sell more goods and get as much benefit as possible. Promotion is always an important part in this process. To reach the purpose the company must have successful and effective promotion strategy for the product. The same way for us, our group also needs to spread information wildly and get more people to concentrate on our cleaning service and website.  
There are many ways we are supposed to use for advertisement. Media communication like websites, the newspapers, magazines, television and the method we deliver outside such as posters, billboards and small cards.  Outdoor activities, sponsoring and donating are also our way to gain audience.
For the detail ways we want to enforce: We will make our advertising on the newspapers and outdoors. The reasons that why we choose these two advertise because these two ways are use so widely in our life and let more and more people can know our products. Then it is cheaper than television and radio for us and suitable for our target group as well.
The newspaper is our main advertisement propagandises. The outdoors advertising strategy is good for a short time special activity. We will print our advertising out and employ somebody to send in public places where lots of people have. Therefore, we will choose the cheap way and available way to make the advertisement for our company.
The social media way we will choose Facebook to promote our company,because it is the widely and free social communication way by many danish.people can find our company in Facebook and show theirs opinion about our company.the most important is that  it is easy help the company get the feedback from our target group as well.
The business promotion:
to encourage more  business man interest out company, we will have the discount that  30%off for the people who have the  cooperation from 01.01.2012 to  01.01.2013.then  50% if who will have over 2years cooperation with us.

SWOT analysis is a strategic planning method used to evaluate the Strengths, Weaknesses, Opportunities, and Threats involved in a project or in a business venture. It involves specifying the objective of the business venture or project and identifying the internal and external factors that are favorable and unfavorable to achieve that objective. 
We have analyzed Strengths,Weaknesses, Opportunities and Threats of this company, then message will  help us a lot in web design such as what kind of feeling we are going to give customers and they will know some main messages about the company from our website as well.

strengths: the power strategy for QH service is that find the simple and easy cleaning place,then search more and more bigger and long-term cleaning place .And the company take care the cleaning quality so much to guarantee the quality to their's  customers.What is more, there are more and more people care the healthy in Denmark now,it means more and more would like the clean place to get meal or work.Besides,the business man ask the professional company help take care the cleaning is saving theirs time as well. so it should be so broad market in Denmark.
Weakness:QH service is the new company, they do not have enough funds to branding the company, long company history and rich culture to attract their customers. In addition, they are really lacking the market management experience because since we just run company for few years. Then we are weak to publicity, for instance, we do not widely and active to communicate with their customers even have no website platform.
Opportunities: now days, more and more people  take care the healthy, and the big government control to the eating ,drink or some other offer,the QH service offer the cleaning service,it help the task guarantee the cleaning and save their time.  What is more, we can do online booking as well to help the company get more customers.
Threats: the company also needs to think more about the customer service to promote QH service. Then lacking of funds and experience gives rise to the company  has no perfect Incentives and reward system yet, the management mechanism not straighten out means the employee is not stable. Besides, if our big competitor – ISS have better distribution channels and develop innovative products or services. Then it will become the company's threat as well.
